Overview
Difficulty in Minecraft determines the level of challenge players encounter during the game. There are four difficulty settings: Peaceful, Easy, Normal, and Hard. Peaceful mode removes hostile mobs, and grants infinite health and hunger. Easy mode introduces weaker hostile mobs. Normal mode provides moderate challenges, while Hard mode increases mob strength and damage. Players can select the difficulty that best suits their playstyle and desired level of challenge.

How To Change the Difficulty on a Minecraft Server (Command Method)
Step 1. Log in to the Multicraft panel or follow the steps in-game.
Step 2. Run the following command to change the difficulty:
In-game: /difficulty [peaceful, easy, normal, hard]
Console: difficulty [peaceful, easy, normal, hard]
How To Change the Difficulty on a Minecraft Server (Server Properties Method)
Step 1. Log in to the Multicraft panel.
Step 2. Stop the server.
Step 3. Go to the Server Properties tab on the left.
Step 4. On the Difficulty field, input the preferred difficulty: [peaceful, easy, normal, hard]
Step 5. Click the Save button at the bottom.
Step 6. Start the server.
