How do I give Multicraft panel access to others?

If you would like to give someone else access to your server such as an admin in the Multicraft panel, but don't want to give them your own password, then you can request for an alternate account to be created for your server. This is useful when you have more than one person responsible for watching over the server.

Step 1: First of all, open a ticket by clicking the following link and fill out the username and email. Now await reply from staff, then continue with below steps.
Step 2: Head over to Multicraft, and from the left sidebar menu navigate to "Advanced" ==> "Users".
Step 3: Now in the text box under where it says "Username", type in the username that was registered in step 1 and press Enter.
Step 4: If you want them to have access to your server through the panel select "Administrator" under "Role" using the drop down menu. If
you also want them to have FTP access select either "Read Only" or "Full access" using the drop down menu under "FTP access" / "FTP "username".
Step 5. When you are done click "Back" on the left hand side menu.

Note: The changes are saved automatically.
