SUBMITTING A SUPPORT TICKET Help us to solve your issue quickly by being as detailed as possible when submitting a ticket; the better the information you provide, the faster we will be able to resolve your issue. Below are some tips:

  • Include any error messages that occur in your server console or crash log (use hastebin for pasting logs).
  • If there's no error message, provide screenshot illustrating the problem (image can be attached to ticket).
  • State when the problem started and what changes were made immediately before the issues began occurring.
  • Explain step-by-step how to reproduce the error so that we can check whether it affects players, other than yourself.
  • Write in clear English - remember that we're here to help you. Cursing or explanation marks will be treated as abusive behavior.

All tickets are responded to in the order they are received based on last activity, so 'bumping' of tickets will only delay our response.
